Our in house maintenance team has been putting the finishing touches on a newly renovated unit, and we couldn’t be prouder of the dedication and pride they bring to their work. Every repair, upgrade, and detail reflects our commitment to quality, respect, and the wellbeing of our tenants.
We understand that housing is more than just a place to live, it’s the foundation for stability, belonging, and community. With a long waitlist and a growing need for housing, we are working diligently to ensure each home is ready as quickly as possible, while never compromising the standards that our tenants deserve. Through compassion, accountability, and teamwork, we strive to provide homes that people can truly feel proud of.

New Programming and Community Space for Seniors
Every Wednesday, Vanessa and Doug bring more than just coffee to our seniors building through the Coffee and Chat program They bring connection, laughter, and a space for community. This onsite program helps remove barriers for our Elders and seniors, offering wellness support and a place to share stories, ask questions, and support one another.
The program has been so well loved and well attended that we’ve already outgrown our tiny gathering spot in the basement.
Our amazing Maintenance Team has been hard at work renovating a larger programming space where everyone can come together in comfort and expand our programming. In just a few short weeks, we hope to open a warm and welcoming space where conversations can flow, friendships can grow, and community can gather.
