BNH Response To COVID-19 - November 1, 2020 - present
Please be advised that during this time of uncertainty, the health and safety of our staff and clients are our highest priority.
BNH continues to monitor and follow guidance from local, national and global health organizations with precautionary measures to ensure the safety of our staff, tenants, clients and the community. Due to government/health ministry recommendations, we are practicing Social Distancing and as such all interactions with tenants and clients will be conducted through our reception window.
BNH is taking the following precautionary measures to minimize risk:
- All events are cancelled until further notice.
- All clients/tenants are to remain in the lobby area and will be attended to through the glass window at the front desk.
- All clients/tenants/visitors are encouraged to use the hand sanitizer located in the lobby area.
- All rent payments, paperwork and food cupboard items will be received and distributed through the glass window at the front desk.
- Maintenance staff will only enter homes to do repairs if tenants are not exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19. Tenants must maintain physical distance from workers at all times.
- Only emergency work will be performed until further notice.
